Fraser Island is located off the east coast of Australia, and is the largest sand island in the world. It features a unique and diverse range of flora and fauna, and in 1991 was listed as a World Heritage Site.
The island features a unique combination of long white sandy beaches, huge sand dunes, coloured sand cliffs, towering rainforests and amazing fresh water lakes.
Covering an enormous 184,000 hectares, Fraser Island stretches 123km in length and is 22km across at its widest point.
You will be picked up outside the retreat in the morning and they drop you of with the bus in the evening. A full day at Fraser Island. ( Tours valid to 31st March 2012)
