Payment, Cancellation and Modification Policy
We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.
Non-Refundable Rates / Special Offers / Promotions
The full reservation amount will be charged at the time of booking.
Bookings made under non-refundable rates or special promotional offers are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for cancellations, changes to bookings, or no-shows.
Flexible Rate
Payment for accommodation will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation is available up to and including 7 days before arrival.
Cancellations or modifications made within 7 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total reservation amount.
In the event of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Peak Season (Christmas / New Year)
For bookings arriving between 20 December and 5 January, special payment and cancellation conditions apply.
Payment
Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged automatically.
Cancellation
Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total reservation amount.
Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before arrival are non-refundable.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
These conditions apply to the original booking dates. Changes to dates, accommodation or length of stay are subject to availability and may result in a change to the applicable rate and booking conditions.
We recommend travel insurance to help protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect your travel plans.
Modifications
Guests may request changes to their reservation, subject to availability and approval.
