Booking Terms and Conditions

These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Quarterdecks Retreat and the guest making a reservation. By making a reservation at Quarterdecks Retreat, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

 

Reservation Requirements:

Payment: All reservations require guests to provide valid credit card details or pay a security deposit, as deemed appropriate by management, before or upon check-in.

Identification: Guests are obligated to provide valid photo identification during the check-in process.

 

Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Guests are encouraged to review and understand the specific terms related to cancellations and refunds.

Early Departure: There is no refund for early departure unless mutually agreed upon by the management.

 

Accommodation Policies:

No-Party Policy: Guests may be required to sign a no-party policy at check-in. Disruption of other guests’ peace may result in eviction without a refund.

Dog-Friendly Policy: Refer to the separate policy and conditions for guests bringing dogs. Charges apply.

 

Age Requirement:

Minimum Age: Reservations can only be made by persons over the age of 18.

 

General Terms:

Management Discretion: Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel direct bookings, or enforce necessary actions to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.

Acceptance of Terms: All bookings, whether made directly or via participating websites or travel agents, are made subject to these terms and conditions. The person making the booking will be deemed to have accepted these terms on behalf of the guest who will be staying.
