Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Quarterdecks Retreat and the guest making a reservation. By making a booking, guests acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
Reservation Requirements
Payment
All reservations require valid credit card details. Management may, at its discretion, require a security deposit prior to arrival or at check-in. A security deposit is required for all dog-friendly stays and may also be required for other bookings.
Identification
Guests may be required to present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation Policy
A cancellation policy applies to all bookings. Terms may vary depending on the rate selected or booking channel used. Guests are encouraged to review the applicable cancellation conditions prior to confirming their reservation.
Early Departure
No refund will be provided for early departure unless otherwise agreed by management.
Accommodation Policies
No-Party Policy
Guests may be required to agree to a no-party policy upon check-in. Any behaviour that disrupts the peace, comfort, or safety of other guests may result in eviction from the property without refund.
Pet-Friendly Accommodation
Guests travelling with dogs must comply with the separate Dog-Friendly Accommodation Policy. Additional charges may apply.
Age Requirement
Minimum Age
Reservations must be made by guests aged 18 years or older.
General Terms
Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation, cancel bookings, or take reasonable action necessary to maintain the safety, security, and comfort of guests, staff, and the property.
Acceptance of Terms
All bookings—whether made directly with Quarterdecks Retreat or through third-party booking websites, travel agents, or other distribution channels—are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The person making the booking is deemed to have accepted these terms on behalf of all guests included in the reservation.
