General Terms and Conditions

Responsibility for Motor Vehicles and Personal Property

Guests are responsible for the security of their motor vehicles and personal property during their stay. Quarterdecks Retreat, its management, and the Body Corporate accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.

Compliance with By-Laws, Rules and Regulations

Guests and visitors must comply with all applicable by-laws, house rules, and regulations of the property.

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Noise & Quiet Enjoyment

Guests must not create excessive noise or disturbance that interferes with the comfort and enjoyment of other guests.

Quiet hours apply between 10:00pm and 7:00am.

Prohibited Use

Villas must not be used for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorised purpose.

Smoking and Vaping

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all villas, including garages.

Where evidence of smoking or vaping is found within a villa, a cleaning and remediation fee of up to $250, plus any additional costs incurred, may be charged.

Right to Inspect

Management reserves the right to enter and inspect a villa with reasonable notice.

Immediate access may be required where there are concerns relating to guest safety, property damage, suspected policy breaches, or emergency situations.

Right to Refuse Accommodation

Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or cancel a reservation where necessary to protect the safety, security, comfort, or wellbeing of guests, staff, or property, including where there is a history of conduct inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions.

Inappropriate or Offensive Behaviour

Quarterdecks Retreat maintains a zero-tolerance approach to abusive, threatening, offensive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour.

Management reserves the right to refuse service, require guests or visitors to leave the property, or terminate a stay where such behaviour occurs.
