Payment, Cancellation and Modification Policy

We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.

Non-Refundable Rates / Special Offers

The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, changes, or no-shows under non-refundable or special promotional rates.

Payment for accommodation will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the arrival date.

If cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

A deposit may be required to secure bookings during peak season.

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Guests may request changes to their reservation, subject to availability and approval.

Any modifications may result in a change to the booking rate or applicable terms.
