Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.
Non-Refundable Rate/Special deals:
The total price of the reservation will be charged upon booking. No refunds will be given if the booking is cancelled.
Flexible Rate:
Payment for accommodation will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 percent of the total reservation price will be charged.
In the case of a no-show, the total reservation price will be charged.
Peak Season:
(Christmas/New Year) A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Full payment is required 30 days before arrival and 4 weeks notice to cancel. No refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Modifications:
Guests may request modifications to their reservation, subject to availability and approval. Any changes may impact the booking rate.
