Payment, Cancellation and Modification Policy

We accept Visa and Mastercard for all transactions.

Non-Refundable Rates / Special Offers

The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations, changes, or no-shows under non-refundable or special promotional rates.

Flexible Rate

Payment for accommodation will be processed 7 days prior to arrival.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days before the arrival date.

If cancelled or modified within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In the case of a no-show, the full reservation amount will be charged.

Peak Season (Christmas / New Year)

For bookings arriving between 20 December and 5 January, special payment and cancellation conditions apply.

Payment

Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival to secure the booking. The credit card provided at the time of booking will be charged automatically.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made 31 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 15–30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value.
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival are non-refundable.
• No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

These conditions apply to the original booking dates. Changes to dates, accommodation or length of stay may be subject to availability and the applicable rate and cancellation conditions.

We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected circumstances that may affect your travel plans.

Modifications

Guests may request changes to their reservation, subject to availability and approval.

Any modifications may result in a change to the booking rate or applicable terms.
